Shipping Policy

Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us by emailing us at contact@desistore.com.au before the goods have been dispatched. If the items have already been shipped, you may still initiate a return as per our return guidelines outlined below.

Returns and Exchanges: You can return any item ordered from us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the costs associated with returning the goods will be your responsibility unless a major fault is found, in which case a full refund, including postage, will be provided.

Once we receive the returned items, we will process a full refund of the amount paid or issue an exchange credit as requested.

Exclusions from Return Policy: The right to return does not apply in cases where:

  • The product has been used or damaged post-delivery.
  • The product was custom-made or personalized specifically for you.

These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights.

Products from Local Manufacturers and Suppliers: For issues with items manufactured or supplied by local vendors, we may:

  1. Return the item to the manufacturer or their agent for assessment.
  2. Refer you directly to the manufacturer or supplier for assistance, exchange, or refund.
