Refund Policy

At Desi Store, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at sales@desistore.com.au. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This way, we can assess the issue and correct it promptly.

Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For specific questions about item eligibility, feel free to reach out.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
